THE PRO CANVAS:

-The canvas has a solid front face which prevents the canvas from warping or wrinkling. The material is an artist-grade poly-cotton blend with a high-density wood fiberboard and plastic frame.

-The inks used are professional grade. They are 8 color, 8 pass pigment-based inkjet, using archival inks designed to hold up over time without fading.

-Every canvas has a solid backing which means the core of the canvas is enclosed. The backing is secured with screws for added strength.

-The hanging brackets (gator teeth) are included and come secured to the backing. All you have to do is hang your new art piece. DO NOT
hang wire through the brackets. The brackets are intended to be used on individual nails or screws. Using a wire causes too much side
tension (pull) on the brackets and they may break. The brackets will not break when used properly.

-The canvas material has UV coating and is scratch-resistant. The canvas can be wiped clean with a damp cloth causing no damage.

-The depth of the canvas is 1.25 inches.


WRAP DESCRIPTION:

Some of the canvases have either a "black wrap" or "white wrap" option. The wrap is referring to the 1.25" inch edge of the canvas. A canvas with only one option of either black or white was predetermined by Photographer John Grace based on the colors in the print. If the canvas has the option to choose "image wrap", then the image (photograph) will fully wrap around the 1.25" inch edge. Many print choices do not have the image wrap option because the image was originally cropped by the artist.

Note - There is an 1/8" inch image bleed onto the sides of the canvas wrap when black or white borders are selected. The bleed only means that the image wraps over the edge from the front of the canvas ever so slightly. The presentation of the canvas is professional and beautiful!


PACKAGING:

Smaller Sizes - Clear poly bag, thin corrugated cardboard to protect corners and boxed.

Larger Sizes - Clear poly bag, Styrofoam protected corners and boxed.

Production time can take up to 4 days maximum, but may be reduced for individual or smaller orders. The shipping time varies based on which option you select during checkout.


RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS:

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of the canvas and/or material used.

Example: The canvas corners come loose, the backing separates from the frame, or the canvas has any other manufacture/production defects or damage. There are no returns for disliking an image/artwork. The image you select and purchase will be professionally printed on the size canvas you select. The color tones are accurate. Returns will not be accepted due to damage caused by the customer, associate or other. Returns will not be accepted for ordering the wrong size. Make sure to measure your wall space accurately.
